So, last night I decided to go all italian in the kitchen and make spaghetti and meatballs. I really do LOVE a GOOD meatball, especially a meatball parm hero. So, I made my FAVORITE meatball recipe, Baked Meatballs by Alton Brown.
For a twist on the excellent recipe, I stuffed the meatballs with mozzarella cheese, about a tablespoon in each ball. It was delicious cutting into the meatball's gooey center! Also, if you don't have any lamb and pork available in the house, just use all beef. I do enjoy the pork generally but I'm not too big on lamb. I made the dish with some garlic bread and served it up for my friends Dianna and Jenn!
A lot has been going on on my side.. but I promise to update verrry soon. How does pecan pie/dessert bars sound?
