Apple Pie

Need I say more? Sale #2 for my trip to Honduras was an apple pie. I like to opt for the classic criss cross crust, as shown below. However, I didn't bake it, but instead froze it so the pie can make it's journey to boston safetly. That way, it'll be fresh and Dani and her family can enjoy fresh baked apple pi. =] I'll include instructions to brush the crust with egg white or butter with white sugar, and then bake. In this case, preheat the oven to 400 degrees, for 15 minutes. Then, bring the heat down to 375 degrees, and back for about 45 minutes. Let the pie cool for about an hour and enjoy! (recipe will come after my sale!)
Before Baking

On another note, today I finished my first semester of college! yipee!
love. bake. do good.
